Allie brings more than 20 years of experience in education, with a deep commitment to integrating the arts into early childhood learning. She studied theater and education as an undergraduate before earning a master’s degree in early childhood education from Columbia University’s Teachers College. Her career has included roles as a nursery school head teacher and as an educational consultant with Disney Theatrical Group.

Summer camp has always been an important part of Allie’s work. She has served in leadership roles including Program Director and Master Teacher at both early childhood day camps and residential performing arts camps. She now leads the JCC’s youth theater programs in The Ark.

During the pandemic, Allie expanded her skills and became a labor and delivery nurse, supporting families as she helped welcome more than 250 babies. A mother of three and active member of the community, she lives in Sleepy Hollow with her family.
